D. Y. Patil College of Architecture, Talsande is been established by visionary and an entrepreneur Hon. Dr. Sanjay D. Patil who is the son of pioneering educationist Hon. Dr. D. Y. Patil (Former Governor, Tripura, West Bengal and Bihar State) with a goal to provide advanced Architectural Education to the students from urban as well as rural area. Hon. Dr. Sanjay D. Patil, President, Hon. Shri. Satej D. Patil, MLC and Vice- President and Hon. Shri. Ruturaj S. Patil, MLA and Trustee, D. Y. Patil Group, Kolhapur have been carrying the tradition with a similar vision, zeal, and magnitude. On account of their valuable guidance and constant encouragement, the college is marching and progressing towards excellence in architectural education. The college produces graduates needful for society and construction industry and we are striving hard to develop into most modern centers of Architectural Education for benefit of students. |
